Le costruzioni in legno stanno assumendo un'importanza crescente a livello globale e si sono affermate come alternativa sostenibile ed ecologica ai materiali da costruzione tradizionali.   • Connessioni legno-acciaio

    In questa tipologia di giunzione, un elemento connettore in acciaio — tipicamente una piastra o una staffa angolare — è fissato a componenti lignei mediante l'impiego di viti strutturali dedicate.

  • Giunzioni legno-legno

    Le giunzioni legno-legno fissate con apposite viti strutturali servono ad unire due o più elementi lignei. Le viti per costruzioni in legno sono elementi di fissaggio appositamente sviluppati, idonei per il collegamento permanente e stabile di materiali a base di legno. Presentano una filettatura particolare che garantisce un'ottima aderenza al legno e rende le viti particolarmente resistenti e facili da lavorare.

  • Isolamento del tetto

    L'obiettivo è minimizzare la dispersione termica e incrementare l'efficienza energetica dell'involucro edilizio.

    La coibentazione viene applicata direttamente sulla struttura portante del tetto, ovvero sull'assito o sulla orditura dei travetti. Tale sistema garantisce una riduzione del flusso termico attraverso la copertura, mantenendo l'edificio più temperato durante il periodo invernale e più fresco in quello estivo.

    Per un fissaggio sicuro dei pannelli coibenti alla struttura del tetto, si impiegano abitualmente viti per legno a filettatura totale (o viti strutturali per legno), che assicurano una connessione stabile e durevole tra lo strato isolante e l'elemento strutturale.

    Massima stabilità a lungo termine, flessibilità di applicazione e ancoraggi invisibili: che si tratti di connessioni legno-legno, legno-calcestruzzo o legno-acciaio, la resina epossidica fischer FIS EM Plus garantisce collegamenti robusti ed esteticamente gradevoli – il tutto regolamentato e approvato in conformità alla Valutazione Tecnica Europea (ETA).

    fischer DD è il sistema di centraggio che assicura l’isolamento delle barre filettate dal passaggio delle correnti vaganti e quindi le protegge dalla corrosione. Il sistema DD permette il trattenimento delle barre in applicazioni sopratesta fino al completo indurimento della resina.

  • Sistemi per impiantistica

    I sistemi di installazione fischer trovano impiego in una vasta gamma di applicazioni nell'impiantistica per l'edilizia, ma in legno. Le soluzioni di fissaggio sono realizzate in acciaio zincato a caldo e acciaio inossidabile e sono idonee per sistemi di tubazione leggeri, medi e pesanti.

    • Efficient for project success

      New building in Eisenbach Oberbränd

      To expand its production, logistics and administrative areas, August Weckermann decided to build a new building in Eisenbach Oberbränd. The fischer FMS and FUS rail systems with pipe clamps and assembly accessories were used in large numbers to install supply lines in the new assembly hall. Pre-assembly and other comprehensive fischer services simplified and speeded up execution.

    • Architecture in dialogue with nature

      Black Forest Visitor/ Information Centre.

      The wooden building spans over 3,000 square metres and offers leisure activities as well as environmental education with reference to national parks. These include exhibitions, a cinema, catering, event rooms and the “Skywalk” - a treetop walkway leading to a view tower. Both offer a wide view of nature. The ensemble is complemented by an administration building measuring 700 square metres.

    • Lighthouse project for sustainable building

      Renovation of a residential building in Amstetten

      A special pilot project was implemented in Amstetten, Austria. Innovative industrially prefabricated and glued wood-concrete composite ceilings (HBV ceilings) were used in the renovation of a residential building in Villenstraße. The fischer group of companies and the University of Soil Culture in Vienna (BOKU) have been testing their new system developed in a joint research project on the property for years. This system uses an innovative adhesive bonding process.
